New Ways of Working – Methods and
Tools
We are currently engaged in assessing the methods and tools that are
used to support organisational practices. We want to record existing
practices in the workplace and, more importantly, identify their
effects on employees. Through your participation, we also want to
record suggestions and new ideas that should be considered by
organisations. To participate in this survey

Skills Gap – London Boroughs chase new
competences
We measured the perceived areas of competence
as reported by practising HR professionals employed by London Borough
Authorities. Recent government reports identified key areas related
to performance for development within the Authorities. Future competence
and related performance targets are likely to challenge existing work
practices in the delivery of services to the community. The BPC
conducted an analysis of the skills gap confronting Authorities’
moves towards achieving new quality targets. For more details on our
findings,
