Summary

Today's Business Psychologist is at the forefront of many personal opportunities and challenges. As Business and Psychology continue to enrich each other in a myriad of ways, a successful practitioner needs to be able to straddle both disciplines with increasing speed and agility. The contribution of the Business psychologist is unique, but it is not always well understood by clients, or even by the Business Psychologists themselves. Whether the first step in the personal journey begins in Psychology or Business, or from a different place altogether, the path to success and self-fulfilment is seldom straightforward.

In this interactive workshop, Eyal, who holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and is now a a Senior Consultant with a global Human Resources/ Leadership Development consultancy, will discuss some of the things he learnt about Business, Psychology and how to combine the two in practice.

Learning objectives:

This highly participative workshop will be an opportunity to:
• Explore the do's and don'ts of a psychologist in the business world.
• Understand what matters to clients in their work with a Business Psychologist.
• Leverage your own strengths and understand the possibilities of your own unique contribution.
